This 70 foot high mural was completed in just over one week for Seawall’s Service Center building in Remington. The design concept represents envisioning change, referencing the building’s description as “Rad apartments for service-minded professionals who want to be neighbors, not guests. More than a residential building, a community for doers and changemakers.”
